Life in Ancient Egypt was different to today. Poor children didn't use to go to school, but children from rich families used to start school when they were about seven.
When they were at home, children used to enjoy playing games. When older parents died, they used to leave their houses to the sons.
However, they used to leave things inside the house, such as jewellery and furniture, to the daughters.
