1. Listen to the talk about a school trip. What information is in the letter?

2. Listen again and complete the form.

Type of trip: Camping.

Going to: desert.

Leaving on: 10th May at eight am.

Returning on: 13th May at six pm.

Clothes to bring: loose, cool clothes, warm night clothes and comfortable trainers.

Also bring: camera notebook and pen.

Writing

5. You are a student at the school trip to the desert. Write a postcard to a friend. Include the following information.

1. What you did yesterday.

2. What you are learning about or enjoying.

3. What you are doing tomorrow.

4. What you are looking forward to doing.

Hello,
We arrived yesterday and we put up our tents.Then we went for a walk.While we were walking in the desert, we saw a big bird! It was beautiful. I like cooking on the fire and sleeping in the tent. Tomorrow we are going to learn about the rocks in the desert. I’m looking forward to visiting some people who live in the desert, too.
