1. Read about sleep and answer the questions.
How much sleep should we have? The answer depends on your age. Very small babies sleep for about 14 or more hours a dayl Children aged six to seventeen should sleep for about ten hours a night. Then you need less sleep. Most people aged 18-65 need about eight hours' sleep.
