The first Pantheon in Rome (1) was built in around 27 BCE. However, it (2) was burned down by a fire in around 80 CE. The building that we know today was built by Emperor Hadrian in around 120 CE. It (3) was designed with the help of a famous Greek builder, who (4) was called Apollodorus of Damascus. Perhaps the most amazing part of the building is a large hole in the roof.
