2. Complete the sentences with at, in or on and the correct form of the verb in brackets.

I'm Tarek and I live in a small village. On weekdays, there are (be) two buses a day to the nearest city. The first bus is (be) at 7 am and the second one leaves (leave) late

the afternoon.

My father doesn't take (not take) the early bus because it is very slow.

The traffic is always bad in the mornings. At the weekends, there is only one bus, which goes (go) at 8 am.

There not much traffic then, so it arrives (arrive) in the city at 8.30 am. There is a market in the city at this time, so I often take this bus with my mother.

3. Tarek and his mother are at the bus station, Look at the map and write directions to the market. Use some of these words.

From the bus station, turn right. Walk past the aquarium and turn left. There is a cafe on the corner.

Then take the secod road on the left. Go straight on and the market is on the right, opposite the botanical gardens.
