1. What is the difference between human resources and a human being? Human resources is a job or department of a business that deals with taking on and training staff. A human being is the general word for a person.
2. What is the difference between to be in charge and to be charged? If you are in charge of someone or something, you are responsible for it. If you are charged for something, you have to pay money for it. Also, you can be charged with a criminal offence, which means you are accused of doing something.
